Chandra, a pop-rock band from Bristol, UK, released their first EP called “Lifted” on August 30th. They’ve been working hard since April, sharing their music with bloggers and influencers. The EP has six songs that the band is very proud of. People have already loved their singles like “Smile”, “Pretty”, “I’ll Be There”, and “Lifted”. The band thinks that if you like those songs, you’ll love the EP. The songs aim to instill in you a sense of energy and positivity, empowering you to achieve anything.
Chandra’s EP “Lifted” has six songs, “Smile”, “Pretty”, “I’ll Be There”, “Lifted”, “Lighters To The Sky”, and a new one called “Overload”. The band wanted to make an EP that made people feel positive and happy. They want their music to give listeners energy and confidence, no matter what time of day or how they’re feeling. The EP starts with a joyful song and ends with a message about believing in love. The band hopes their music will inspire people to take on challenges and feel uplifted. The band has re-recorded “Lighters To The Sky” to enhance its original release from April 2024.

Wil Overton, a talented UK artist who has worked on video games, created a special design for the EP’s cover art. Chandra, the band’s lead singer, is a big fan of Overton’s work and is excited to have him design the cover. The artwork shows the energy and excitement of the band’s live performances. Chandra consists of four members, Chandra Naiir, Chris Wing, Keith Jones, and Rock Cheung. They worked with three producers, Chandra Nair, Aaron Shawn, and Elliot Vaughan, to create their EP. Dean McCreadie helped with guitar on two songs, “Lifted” and “Overload”. Finally, Stephen Kerrison at Weird Jungle made sure the music sounded its best for the final version.
