Coma Beach’s first album, “The Scapegoat’s Agony”, is a unique mix of punk and alternative rock music. The band got inspiration from famous writers like Samuel Beckett, Douglas Adams, and William Shakespeare. The album title comes from Beckett’s play “Waiting for Godot” and tells the story of the sad and painful journey of a main character who doesn’t have a name. The EP “A Madman’s Dream/Mind Descending” has five songs from the album “The Scapegoat’s Agony”. These songs tell the story of a troubled main character losing his mind. He feels overwhelmed and powerless (“A Madman’s Dream”), his mental state is getting worse (“Mind Descending”), and he’s frustrated at society’s superficiality (“Absurd”). “I Won’t Listen” expresses his refusal to conform to societal norms, while “Jesus’ Tears” captures his state of delirium, where he feels crucified and seeks revenge.

Coma Beach’s music is about solid emotions like shock, chaos, pain, anger, and feeling alone. Their music is not just a typical punk rock album but a deep and thought-provoking experience. The band wants to share their unique sound and story with more people, so they’re looking for reviews of their EP and promotional videos to help spread the word.
